Dates available Thursday 12th July 2012 til Tuesday 7th September 2012, £350 a week, for entire period, shorter dates by negotiation & price will vary (ie Olympic dates only)
5 minute walk to Brixton Station easy to get to Olympic venues & other tourist sites! Close to shops, transport, great cafe's & restaurants a fantastic vibe.
The flat is a ground floor generous sized one bedroom flat with the main bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with bath, full sized kitchen with all amenities, great private outdoor patio lovely to sit out in the sun in the morning with a cup of tea or wine in the evenings!
Also a very comfy aerobed air mattress if you have a third person (or someone visiting during your stay) which can fit in the lounge room. I can also help you organise a portable cot if you need.
All bills covered (except landline for long distance calls). Flat has wifi internet & digital TV & dvd player.
I would need one weeks rent bond & references.
I really love my flat & am sure who ever rents it will love it too & enjoy all the area (& London!) has to offer.
